BEST CLAMS ON THE CAPE. - Tiff from Quincy

I go to the cape several times a year every year in search of clam strips. Its my #1 summer time favorite food. Needless to say, I have tried several clam strip places in the cape.

Friendly Fisherman offers the largest plate, full of the largest strips, at the best price. They have a couple little picnic tables outside. No frills kinda place. I love that its small and homely. Just how everything on the cape should be.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Friendly Fisherman. I cant wait to go back to the cape to get some more!

Had a great lunch. Excellent lobster roll and fish & chips. Don't be put off by the prices, you get your money's worth!!

Justin T. - Barnstable, MA

This is the place to stop for chowdah, clams, lobster rolls and other local foods.  It has half the lines of its competitors and twice the quality.  Not only is the food great but the fish market as some awesome treats to check out too!

Eric W. - Honolulu HI

If you're driving to P-town, this place is ideally located as a lunch stop. Great heaping lobster rolls and fried clams. Clam chowder is a bit on the thick side, and the fries are forgettable. Like their name, the service is friendly. Covered outdoor seating with lots of colorful buoys decorating the fence.

Carla B. - Marin Del Ray, CA

Found this place just by happenstance - it's just off the highway about 15 minutes outside of Provincetown. What a find!!! Lobster rolls that are to die for. The lobster is fresh - they're cooking them up in the back and making the lobster salad as they go all day long. The only place to eat is at a picnic bench, but who cares. It was lobster roll heaven. I'm sure they have other great things there, but the lobster roll is number one.

Kim - Orange, MA

“We stopped here for a quick dinner before hitting the Wellfleet Drive-In.

It was perfect for this. I got the Clam Dinner, he got the special FRESH tuna roll. Both were very delicious.  Staff was friendly and service was FAST. A very no-frills place, but it doesn't need to be with food that is so good.

Next time it will be Lobster Rolls all around, it's what everyone around us had and they looked wonderful.

Thanks to our customers for taking the time to post these on the net.
